Added

• Server-authoritative LPU overclock selection at 2x, 4x, 8x, and 16x with real energy validation.
• A three-second server-side Network initialization state when idle power saving wakes for work.

Changed

• Replaced the Rack and DERM interfaces with the supplied minimal 1.9.4 layouts.
• Bulk matching-stack imports are planned and committed as one authoritative Request.

Fixed

• Corrected Rack connector UVs, internal panel surfaces, front-frame overlap, Terminal count depth, one Thread underside rotation, and the Fiber arm's internal face.

Removed

• Removed active DTS Booster slots from the Rack menu while retaining safe legacy inventory recovery.
