Replaces Roughly Enough Items with EMI

BREAKING CHANGE

If you've been playing this pack in Singleplayer it removes Create: Dreams and Desires. This is not a "Major" but a Patch as C: DD can be safely removed without affecting world compatibility. However, It is recommended you remove and delete all C: DD items BEFORE UPDATING from your singleplayer worlds.
