Brighter Twilights

Have you ever been wandering around at sunset and wondered, "I'm looking at the sun, why is it so dark??". This datapack aims to fix this.

It changes the light levels to be brighter at sunset and sunrise by using a cubic interpolation instead of the linear interpolation vanilla uses. It also slightly moves back the time that full night sets in
