LifeSteal datapack

• The maximum number of hearts and starting hearts are now configurable using this command:

/function lifesteal:options {"heartsMax":20,"heartsBase":10}

• Hearts item changed from knowledge book to structure block
• Texture pack added
• Tick function optimized
• Almost all scoreboards now have the prefix "erk." to avoid possible errors with similar scoreboards
