LibTooltips

LibTooltips is a simple library that allows for translation-key driven tooltips for your items. No code needed.

The library makes use of Ember's Text API to support markdown!

"tooltip.minecraft.diamond.0" : "wow a fancy <wave><✨>Glowing wavy ✨!</✨></wave>",
"tooltip.minecraft.diamond.1" : "You can add more lines by just simply doing .1 .2 etc!",
"tooltip.minecraft.diamond.2" : "This library uses TysonTheEmber's awesome text API,",
"tooltip.minecraft.diamond.3" : "meaning you can do lots of <grad hue=true from=330000 to=333300 f=0.3>Fancy Stuff!</grad>",
"tooltip.minecraft.diamond.4" : "Check their docs at tysontheember.dev to learn more!",

You can also add permanent tooltips to items

"tooltip.always.minecraft.gold_ingot.0" : "This tooltip will always show, even without shift being pressed!"

If you're developing a modpack, you can also include this mod by itself to allow for tooltip support!

Can you port to X?

• Sure! Currently the library is only used by my two mods, so it's only on the versions those mods are on, but it's an easy library to port. Let me know through the discord!
