🌍 Universal Update (v1.1.0)

This update creates a single JAR that works on almost all modern Minecraft versions!

Changelog:

• Added Support: Now supports 1.16.5, 1.17, 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, and 1.21.
• Legacy Fixes: Updated code to handle older title/chat systems gracefully.

⚠️ Important Requirement: This plugin is built on Java 17. If you are running a 1.16.5 server, you MUST launch it using Java 17 (or newer), or the plugin will not load.

Installation:

1. Drop Liability.jar into your /plugins folder.
2. Restart the server.
3. Ensure you have a permission plugin or OP status to use the restart tool (optional).
