LevelHearts

This file is identical to the 1.19.4 file, but updated to 1.20.1. Understand that I have not added new features, fixed any bugs, or made any internal modifications other than that that is necessary to get the thing to build. I have not done any extensive testing of the features except for quick initial checks. Additionally, my GUI code was set for a rewrite back in 1.18.1, and it's a miracle it's still working in 1.20.1. If you have issues with the Minimal GUI or the GUI moving the armor bar, please disable the GUI using the "Hidden GUI" feature in the configuration.

Sorry for the massive delay on this release. I have made some major changes to my lifestyle and was finding it difficult to find time to work on LevelHearts since it was such low priority for me.

• As of Forge 1.18.1 39.0.73, the "ALWAYS LOSE XP ON DEATH" option works once again

WARNING: AS OF FORGE 37, THE 'ALWAYS LOSE XP ON DEATH' OPTION WILL NOT WORK. SEE THIS GITHUB ISSUE.

• Added the ability to force the player to lose their experience levels each time they hit the next level on the level ramp
• Added playing of level up experience sounds on heart gain
