Added an enable/disable toggle for the mod. Hunger changes can now be turned on or off instantly. The toggle is available via ModMenu.
Commands:

/lesshunger toggle
to enable or disable the mod in-game.

/lesshunger reset
to restore all settings to their default values instantly.
Behavior:
When the mod is disabled, hunger behavior is fully vanilla.

Fixes
