Update: Restraint System Rework

This update focuses on RP flow, restraint persistence, and reducing chat spam.

Changed

• Removed handcuff conditions based on standing still or low HP.
• Now if an officer uses handcuffs on a valid target, restraint is applied immediately.
• Escape attempts now count only on left mouse click (LMB).
• RP action output is now a single message per action (no duplicates).

Improved

• Escape notification spam was reduced.
• Progress/attempt notifications are now throttled by configured click interval.
• Restrained players are automatically switched to ADVENTURE mode.
• Restrained player movement speed is reduced (configurable).

Attach / Death / Restart Behavior

• /attach now sets a respawn anchor at the attach point.
• Restrained state is no longer removed on death.
• Restrained state is no longer removed on disconnect.
• Restraints are now persisted across server restarts.
• Attached players remain restrained after restart/death until manually released.

New Persistence

• Added persistent storage for restrained players:
  • plugins/LawRPPlugin/restrained_players.yml

New Config Options

In configs/handcuffs.yml:

• restrictions.force-adventure-mode
• restrictions.walk-speed-while-restrained
