update to fix critical bug that didnt allow it to load on servers, silly me

updated to add new type of grass, update from 3.3.1: fixed accidently dissabled features

First update to 1.17

now we got: moss lawn, grass lawn, crimson lawn, the other nether grass lawn (ew cyan), mycelium lawn, and biome based grass lawn

1.16 support is stopped for now but may pick back up if you say you want it in the discord. i dont have anything against 1.16 and latest
