Fixes an issue with history gui sorting Fixes an issue with pay toggle being on by default

Fixes the default slot's for the Baltop GUI Accidently had the wrong item slots, this fixes that.

This improves the default config for gui's and messages, and also adds a missing message.

Players could get items from GUI's when switching pages, this is now fixed. Please update ASAP.
