PlayerTracker is a simple Spigot plugin for Minecraft 1.21.x that lets players craft a special item to track other players in real time.
What it does
Players can craft a Player Tracker (a renamed compass) that points toward another online player. When held, an arrow appears in the action bar showing the direction of the tracked player. Right-clicking the tracker cycles through available players. Switching to another item instantly hides the arrow.
