Kults Sculk Catalyst

This mod is to add a crafting recipe to the Sculk Catalyst block.
To most this may be useless. It uses vanilla items and isn't too expensive to craft.
The main goal is to help balance out my modpack /modpacks/kults-magic-pack

Here the catalyst is used to decreese mob levels from this mod:
