KotKit

This version of KotKit adds support for versions as far back as 1.17, and Java 17.

KotKit 1.0.1 adds BungeeCord and Velocity support, all in the same jar.

This is KotKit 1.0 - allowing developers to use Kotlin without having to constantly reshadow it in every single plugin. Simply drop it into your plugins.yml with the plugin that depends on it!
