Kobellian Form Wooper [Cobblemon Addon]

• Fixed the issue where Johtonian and Paldean Wooper would spawn as Kobellian Wooper with commands.
• Fixed the issue where Johtonian and Paldean Wooper would have the Water/Fairy typing.
• Touched up some spawning requirements for Kobbelian Wooper to fit the lore.

IMPORTANT At the point of posting, there is a bug from the mod that causes Paldean Wooper to disappear from the dex. This has nothing to do with this addon pack.

• Adds 5 different versions of Minecraft-inspired regional forms for Wooper in the game: Lucy (Leucistic), Wild, Gold, Cyan, and Blue.
• Adds spawn files for the 5 Wooper variants in the lush caves.
• Adds Cobblemon 1.6 Pokedex compability for the new Wooper variants.
