Knowledge Drop

Knowledge Drop is a new enchantment that will make mobs drop random enchanted books upon death. This is not guaranteed upon every mob death, but the chance increases with every level of the enchantment.

The base chance is configurable in the server config, between 1% and 10% and stacks with every level. So a base chance of 2% at level V is 10% chance for the mob to drop a random enchanted book upon death.
