-Fixes stencils being consumed on single use

-Ported to 1.21 I plan to add additional features and items soon and will be releasing a big 2.0 update.

-Updated Paint Buckets to use water sound when placing fluid.

-Updated fluid properties of paints to fix rendering way too dark when placed in the world.
