Just-In LOL(weapons)

I've added equipment and champion's weapons from League of Legends into Minecraft, retaining their original passive mechanics with some Minecraft-style adjustments.

For now the new weapons are only apply on creative mode,but if you load with /mod/just-in-combat ,You'll have chance to get the weapons by kill the mobs equip with them.
