v1.3.0 Changes:

• Replaced the Capes mod with Kappa, a more efficient version that only supports OptiFine capes
• Added Bobby for OptiFine's increased render distance, and Cloth Config to better configure this mod through Mod Menu
• Updated the necessary mods, namely Iris Shaders
