Internal defaults for dynamic items

• Command items, potion plates, and structure monouse items now have hardcoded internal defaults that are always registered, even without external JSON files.
• Auto-generation of default JSON files (default_command_items.json, iska_utils_plates.json, default_monouse.json) has been removed. Old files on disk are still loaded and can override the internal defaults.

New command parameter: /iska_utils_debug dump_default

• Exports all internal default configurations as editable JSON files.

Command Items logic now reloaddable. Autoshop now have redstone logic & button. Improved Structure placing system:

• Added force mode in command.
• Added in scripts parameter refresh, if true, tick to refresh the placed blocks.

Version 2.0.0.0.0 With the transition to V2 of Deep Drawer, some parameters will be reset in the configuration and others removed.
