Make cloth-config a required dependency, no actual functional difference, just that fabric will now warn you instead of just crashing.

Added toggle to turn the mod's entire HUD on and off

A bunch of backend stuff from SyberiaK:

-change config to use AutoConfig

-some changes to how placing the HUD elements work to adapt to the screen size
