Insane TNT

1.4.1 Changelog:

Ported to 1.21.1 and removed some unused textures.

Ported to the Fabric launcher.

TNTs cannot be lit with a flint and steel in this version, they need an explosion or redstone, and also have no countdown (unlike in the forge version) At some point I may see if I can add in a countdown system but the one I had for forge can't be ported over so I'll need to work something out for that from scratch.

All the TNTs still work, although Cosmic TNT was removed as it was not compatible.

Fixed tnts not exploding from nearby explosions (cannot backport fix, it only works in this version)
