Infinity Rework

Reworks the Infinity enchantment by splitting it into multiple levels, each having a higher chance of saving an arrow.

Config options include:

• Whether a bow can be enchanted with both Infinity and Mending
• Whether Infinity works with tipped, spectral and modded arrows
• Max level of Infinity
• Percentage chance for each level of Infinity

YetAnotherConfigLib and Fabric API are both required.
