Indexed Enchanting

• Removed all enchantments except Forgery (they've been moved to a new mod called Indextras)
• Nerfed XP gain
• Nerfed Indexed treasure spawns
• Bookshelves can now be placed an extra block away from the enchanting table
• Server and Client fixes
• Linear XP options avaliable in the config
• Cleaned up code
• Fortune isn't as nerfed as it used to be

• Mending is now a treasure enchantment again.
• Forgery is now a treasure enchantment.
• All tiers have increased their caps by 2
• Vitalis is crafted with amethyst instead of diamond
• Curses will increase the enchanting cap, allowing cursed items to have more enchantments on them
• Villager max trade level is 2 instead of 3
