I Have No Mouth But I Must Chat

This mod allows you to modify who is allowed to use chat on a server.

The mod has four main features;

• Disable chat altogether
• Require whitelist to use chat
• Ban players from chat
• Timeout players from chat

All of these features can be found using the command /ihavenomouthbutimustchat
