I AM STEVE!

Jack Black spawns on his tower and shouts I AM STEVE!

He drops his blue shirt or his phone on death. He has 50 health, and will only attack if you attack him. The shirt says it has +100 armour, but dosen't work like it does. Theres a structure called the steve tower that spawns in the forest. This is where Jack Black Spawns. If you left click his phone it will ring and open a gui.
