HSM - Mending fix & Skyblock drill fix
Fixes the vanilla mending bug that resets the block break progress while also providing the same fix for Hypixel Skyblock drills.
This mod uses mixins to fix the annoying vanilla bugs that resets your items where they shouldn't, like when mining a block using a mending pickaxe while picking up xp. This bug has been fixed in 1.14.2, reintroduced in 1.15, and partially fixed in a later version - only some items (bows, tridents, shields, etc.) have it somewhat fixed in the latest versions.
As a sidenote, since this mod was originally created for Hypixel Skyblock, I've also added a fix for drills by checking if the previous and current items have the same UUID while also making sure everything else is equal; This in turn makes it work with almost every item in Skyblock.
