[Fixed] Leave messages were'nt sometimes showed

[Added] New Command /nick random <player/@a> which gives a player random nick and skin from random.yml
[Added] Added New File random.yml which contains parts for randomizing the random nicks and list of skins for this command.
[Added] Now will nicknames.yml contains which skins does player have.

[Fix] Commands /nick list and /nick resetall works again

[Fix] Fixed problem with double skin reload

!IMPORTANT! - If you're using HrdaTools, you need to have version 1.3-Snapshot or higher version of that plugin.

[Fix] Skin are now auto-loaded by using /nick commands
[Fix] /nick now works again.

[Fix] Removed Notch Skin, if nick don't have skin
[Fix] /nick reload now reloads all the files
[Added] New Command: /nick resetall which removes all nicked player from nicknames.yml
