Adds the new zombie horse trap and recreates skeleton horse trap.

This datapack adds new Zombie Horse Trap and recreates existing Skeleton Horse Trap.
Common Thunder
Thunder weather has been made more common in minecraft. We can see in the image that lightning has striked the ground, lets see what's up.
Horse spawned from lightning strike
That strike summoned a normal looking horse which is invulnerable to fire damage, let's see what happens if you approach the horse in survival mode.
Skeleton Trap
That horse turned out to be a skeleton horse trap and it spawned 4 horsemen. It may spawn upto 6 horsemen.

The above command can be used to toggle datapack specific features. Last 2 features are spoilers of an upcoming update.
Zombie Horsemen
Zombie Horsemen are very difficult to defeat, and are hence disabled by default. See admin commands to understand how to enable them.
