Hoplite Team Glow

On Hoplite, teammates only have a team glow if they are playing civilization. There's no setting for team glow for teammates in duels, and this fixes this by forcefull applying a glowing effect to teammates in comp. It's 100% allowed as all it does is make it easier to see your teammates, and it was confirmed by a staff member that it's fine. !Proof thats its allowed (Zuxt is a mod)
