v1.5 - Anti-Spam Update

New Features:

• Added Cooldown System: Implemented a per-player cooldown for bad word alerts to prevent spamming server staff. Players can no longer trigger multiple alerts in rapid succession.

• Configurable Cooldown: A new bad-word-cooldown option has been added to the filters section of config.yml, allowing server owners to customize the delay between bad word alerts. Default is set to 5 seconds.

Bug Fixes:

• Addressed an issue where a player could spam alerts, leading to a poor experience for staff.
