- Moves hurt/resist check before health confirm
- Added small helper method to manage pending hits
- Improved CPS averaging when set to above 1 second. Tracking should now be smoother. Decay time will also smooth out rather than jumping.
- Skip pure health confirms depending on different states (bounds, view, env: burning/poison/wither/fall).
- This should slightly help false-positives happening from environmental damages for Combo and Range (when hit confirmation is on).
