Higher Snow Lines

This simple mod raises the snow lines across all biomes (the elevation at which water freezes and snow forms) for better results with modified world generation beyond the vanilla world height.

Temperature dropoff rate affecting snow lines is hardcoded into the game and can't be changed by a datapack, so I made this a separate mod to deal with this. Try it with my other mod/datapack, AmpXtreme!
