Hextended Staves

• fixed a bug that crashed servers with the previous build
• updated the chinese translation
• added hexdoc support!

BREAKING CHANGES AHEAD!! Your current items from the mod WILL BE WIPED!

• changed the modid to hextended. this means existing worlds will have items disappear as if the mod were uninstalled
• changed the internal ids of most items. this also would wipe items, but packaged with the above change it's not noticeable 
• added the Scrying Orb, an iota-holding staff that gives universal ambit to entities written to it (while it's held in either hand) which is in the Functional Staves chapter
• added some staves I missed from the 1.20 version of the mod - mindsplice, quenched (complete with shifting textures), bamboo

-added an extended cherry staff
