Buf Fixes:

• Made HexRandom use Thread Safe random
• Averting now checks for the amount of armor pieces with Averting Hex before doing any logic

Bug fixes:

• Fixed Double to Float conversion
• Fixed non existent colors on the Celebration fireworks
• Removed debug souts

Additions:

• Config options for crossbow and bow hexes
• Reworked Averting hex to a completely different idea
• New damage type - Abyssal Crush. It ignores invinsibility frames
