Changes

• Split Metadata into three new files, Metadata, BlockMetadata and ItemMetadata. Metadata hold now only the common functions, while the other two define the set and get of the correcponding metadatas.

Important

This is my helper library, for function that I am to tirred to drag from on project to another. This will be used in most of my mods moving forward. It contains some usefull helper classes such a MetadataHelper, ParticlesHelper and expanded fucntionality for Player and Blocks.
