Fixed incorrect mishap message for greater breeding a dying ender dragon. Also probably other weirdness with the ender dragon.

Fixed many problems with greater breed on ender dragon:

• Now properly plays the kill animation
• Now properly checks for health threshold of 5%
• Now properly prevents farming eggs during death animation
• Now properly deals just enough damage by the player to not inflate statistics (not that anyone cared) Greater breed in general will no longer work on mobs with 0 health.

Fixed book, nerfed allay duplicating, fixed more costs

Forgot to make nurture work

• Greater breed blacklisted players, whitelisted neutral breedable animals, works with allays again
• Nurture changed to simulate feeding the baby
• Added age-acquiring pattern
