Adds a custom-designed health bar drew with text renderer & vertex.

Why?

Server like craftm.kr, they displays player's health by their scoreboard & nametag.
Original health indicator doesn't work well, but when you use this mod, you can see much better interface for other player's health via custom-designed health bar.
