What does this plugin do?

This plugin makes it so if a player dies, they drop they're head, useful for SMP's that want to use player heads as collectables.

Commands:

/headdrops reload - this reloads the headdrops config in-game.

Config:

#   PLAYER_KILL  - Head drops only when a player is killed by another player.
#   ANY          - Head drops regardless of what caused the death.
