Hat command

This mod just adds /hat command that will put your hand item in the head!
If you want a version where you can just put a hat in a helmet slot, use this mod instead: Server-Hats

• Usage of the command:
  aqupdhat.hat.usage
• Bypass "Curse Of Binding" on your head:
  aqupdhat.hat.bypassbinding
