Semi-perma death

Whenever a player dies all of their progression via Vanilla Minecraft and EssentialsX is erased. Including their player data files, player advancements, economy balance, sethome(s) etc.

Current Features

• Wipes player progression on the given server.
• Optionally, via the config file, server admins can ban the crafting of certain item(s). (needs thorough testing, please help!)

Was being used on our insanely difficult arctic survival server, figured the public might want something like this as well. So I updated it to allow configuring the prefix for the message displayed to a player upon their death.
