Hardcore Enforcer

Ensures an uncheatable hardcore experience by:

• Forcing newly generated worlds into hardcore mode.
• Kicking the player out of the server when they have permissions.
• Kicking the player out of the server when they have creative.
• Kicking the player out of the server if the world is not hardcore.

Everything also works in singleplayer.

Each of these can be disabled through configs.
