Happy Ghast: Upgrade Snowballs

This update fixes a few minor issues that affected background processes only and had no impact on gameplay. In addition, one texture has been slightly reworked.

The texture of the Legendary Firework Upgrade has been slightly improved at the tip of the firework rocket.
