Happy Ghast Speed Rods

In this Datapack you can craft rods to make the happy ghast the player is sitting on faster. The speed of the happy ghast depends on the rod the player is using.

In this datapack also exists a X8 star but I decided to not add a crafting recipe to it because it is too unbalenced. But you can get it using this command: /function ghastspeed:give_x8
