• Removed the paxel integration.

Changes

• Extra compatibility with my Paxel mod
• Fixes the missing default translation for split shot

Rebalances

• Expect much cheaper costs across the board
  • Anvil cost reductions
  • Min and Max cost adjustments for many of the enchantments
• Curses should be less frequent!
• (As I finally get to playtest and use them more, new adjustments may be needed. I also plan on adjusting the protection enchants to both; No longer being incompatible with one another, and play with the % per level of protection each gives for each of their type)
