GrimTactics is a Hardcore-only Minecraft plugin that enhances hostile mob behavior without using artificial difficulty or unfair mechanics.
This plugin focuses on intelligence, positioning, and consequences.
Hostile mobs do not simply rush the player anymore: • Zombies and skeletons coordinate their attacks • Some apply pressure while others flank using real pathfinding • Cheese tactics (doors, boats, immobile traps) are progressively punished • Real combat is rewarded with smarter loot drops
GrimTactics does NOT: • Increase mob damage or health • Teleport mobs • Break vanilla mechanics • Affect non-hardcore worlds
The plugin activates automatically on Hardcore servers, regardless of the world name. On non-hardcore servers, it runs in passive mode and does nothing.
Philosophy: If you die, it’s because you made a mistake — not because the game cheated.
