Steam-Powered Tools

Experience mining and crafting like never before with 8 unique steam-powered tools:

Basic Tools

• Steam Pickaxe - Features Vein Mining: automatically mines entire ore veins (up to 16 blocks) when powered by steam. Hold Shift to mine single blocks.
• Steam Axe - Efficient wood harvesting tool
• Steam Shovel - 3x3 Excavation Mode: dig large areas quickly when powered by steam
• Steam Sword - Combat weapon powered by steam
• Steam Hoe - 3x3 Tilling and Auto-Harvest: right-click mature crops to harvest and replant automatically

Advanced Tools

• Steam Drill (32,000 mB capacity)

  • 3x3 Area Mining: breaks a 3x3 area of blocks
  • Perfect for large-scale excavation projects
  • 50 mB steam consumption per block

• Steam Chainsaw (32,000 mB capacity)

  • Instant Tree Felling: chops entire trees at once (up to 200 blocks)
  • Makes forestry efficient and satisfying
  • 30 mB steam consumption per block

• Steam Hammer (24,000 mB capacity)

  • 50% Chance for Double Ore Output when powered by steam
  • Right-click blocks to transform: Stone → Cobblestone → Gravel → Sand
  • 40 mB steam consumption per block

Steam-Powered Armor

Protect yourself with a full set of steam-powered armor, each piece offering unique benefits:

• Steam Helmet (8,000 mB capacity)

  • Grants Night Vision when powered by steam
  • Never lose sight in dark caves again

• Steam Chestplate (64,000 mB capacity)

  • Large Steam Storage - acts as the main steam tank for your armor set
  • Jetpack Functionality: Hold Space to fly up to 10 blocks high (50 mB/tick)
  • Press the Jetpack Toggle key to enable/disable flight mode
  • Crouch while falling to glide gracefully

• Steam Leggings (16,000 mB capacity)

  • Increases Movement Speed when powered
  • Immunity to Slowness effects

• Steam Boots (8,000 mB capacity)

  • No Fall Damage when powered by steam
  • Step Assist: automatically climb blocks like a horse

Steam Mechanics

All steam-powered equipment operates on a dual-system:

With Steam:

• Tools consume steam instead of durability
• Enhanced performance and special abilities activate
• Smooth, efficient operation

Without Steam:

• Tools consume durability like normal items
• Special abilities are disabled
• Still functional but less efficient

Refueling:

• Use the Steam Charging Station to refuel your equipment
• 9 charging slots for simultaneous refueling
• 512,000 mB (512 buckets) steam tank capacity
• Smooth charging at 25 mB per tick

Introducing Steam Alloy - a unique material designed specifically for steam technology:

Properties:

• Crafted from 2 Bronze + 1 Steel
• Tool tier: 2 (Iron equivalent)
• Durability: 512
• Mining speed: 7.0

Crafting Methods:

• Alloy Smelter: Bronze Ingots + Steel Ingot → Steam Alloy Ingots
• Mixer: Bronze Dust + Steel Dust → Steam Alloy Dust
