Grasses on Mountain

Grass variants

Depending on the biome, red fescue, common bent grass and blue grass now grow alongside regular grass.

Grass height variants

Grass now exists in more height variants, including very short grass, bushy grass and medium tall grass, in addition to short and tall grass.

Default grass

Red fescue

This grass variant can be found in all biomes that have grass, but it is most common in medium to warm biomes.

Common bent grass

This grass variant is most common in warm biomes.

Blue grass

This grass variant can be found sparsely in cold biomes.

Fern variants

You can find eagle fern (medium and tall variants) alongside vanilla fern. Royal fern (short, medium and tall variants) grows separately and is more rare.
