For Resource Pack Creators
You can change the texture of the screaming goat by creating a resource pack for 1.21.11 with this file path:
<resource pack name>/assets/gloden-horn-goat/textures/entity/goat/screaming_goat.png
for 26.1 onwards the file path needs to be:
<resource pack name>/assets/gloden-horn-goat/textures/entity/goat/adult_screaming_goat.png
<resource pack name>/assets/gloden-horn-goat/textures/entity/goat/baby_screaming_goat.png
(you can change all of the goat's texture not just it's horns)
