1. Fixed an issue where the Dead King Servant  would not cast learned spells during combat.  
2. Fixed an issue where some caster-type Servant could ignore cooldown and consecutively cast learned spells.  
3. Reverted modifications to the spells "Summon Polar Bear" and "Summon Vex."
4. Fixed a bug where the revive item for the Fire Boss Servant had an incorrect revive position calculation.
5. Updated prerequisite dependency versions.

Completely reset this mod to adapt to the new version of ISS.   Added Servant versions of the First Flamebearer, Cultists, and Icy Spider. Redrew all textures.
